My younger brother had bulbous nose surgery here. His nose was blunt and short.... It improved very naturally, but it is still a bulbous nose. He also had a surgery to widen his monolid eyes, maybe with a forehead lift or brow lift. Hmm.... I do not know if it is just because my younger brother is not very handsome, but his eye shape did not suddenly become a handsome one. It did improve from before.
