Two acquaintances had it done and it looked natural, so I went for a consultation. But the doctor had amazing pride in himself... and seemed to say, in a one-sided way, that it should be done this way. He said my current nose shape was not bad (I said I wanted to improve my very high nose and the narrowed nostrils, but he replied in a way that suggested leaving the nostril shape as it is would be better?) so I was a bit taken aback... He only uses Gore-Tex as the material, and he strongly said that because it is a material he handles well, only then can the desired result be achieved, so it felt like either accept the director's style or go somewhere else... The consultation was very cool and detached, but I do not think I would have surgery there.
