The line was set in such fine detail, and first of all, everyone was incredibly kind lol. They also divided the line selection into numbers 1 through 4 for everyone, and they didn't recommend anything unnecessary. I really liked how kindly they explained everything. They didn't push for a deposit, and both the doctor and the director were kind.
