I went to two places for eye surgery consultation and decided on this one. It was already a famous hospital, and the reviews appealed to me, so I was leaning toward it even before the consultation. When I visited, apart from the main director, the attitude of the counter staff and the staff who helped with photos made things a little hard. Maybe because I am used to people being very kind, their overly scanning looks and somewhat snappy attitude made me tense. The main manager who helped with the surgery process led the conversation comfortably and was kind. They were cheerful too. The consultation with the surgeon felt like they looked very tired...? I did not get the feeling that the consultation was especially refreshing, but after going home and thinking about it, I still felt it would be better to do it here.. (I think I was too swayed by the surgery reviews.. You should be careful). On the actual surgery day, the surgeon smiled more, was kinder, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They helped me relax too. More than anything, they really took great care with the design from many angles. The consultation and design on the surgery day took the longest, and I felt reassured even after going into the operating room. The operating room staff were really kind. I was very nervous that day, so thank you all.
