There were a lot of people, so there was a bit of a wait, but unlike the previous hospital, they took photos, so I had some expectations. But when I consulted with the director, he seemed somewhat rushed, and overall I was a little disappointed. The consultation with the manager was a bit more detailed and kinder.

The director and the surgeon's consultation were both so, so, so good. If it were up to me, I would have wanted to have surgery right away because they explained everything so carefully, one by one, and even drew several different lines…
