First of all, it was extremely expensive, and probably because it was the end of the year, there were tons of people. The director consulted with me, but she looked obviously exhausted, so I thought maybe I should get surgery somewhere else next time. There was pushy reservation pressure. A person around me got it done here and was quite satisfied afterward.
