First of all, the clinic had only recently opened, so it was very clean and the facilities were good. But even though I had a reservation, the wait time ended up being 2 hours. Still, the consultation coordinator and the front desk staff were so kind that I wasn't angry or anything, and above all, Director Do Eonrok's consultation was very professional and pointed out only what was necessary. I didn't feel any overtreatment, and he was extremely confident about the surgery itself, so I trusted him. There was no pressure to leave a deposit, either. Satisfied
