I went for a consultation because I wanted revision eyelid surgery, and when I was talking with the manager, she asked which eye and which line I wanted to match. I said I didn't like either side, but she kept telling me I had to choose one eye, and she spoke with an irritated tone, so I felt bad. I consulted with Director Kim, but maybe my expectations for the clinic were too high, because I just did not like it very much T_T
