I had a reservation but since it was the weekend, the waiting time was enormous. The director's consultation was very to the point, clearly saying what was necessary and firmly saying no when something wouldn't work. The disappointing part was that the consultation was too short, and the consultation was conducted without any before-and-after surgery photos. It's my face I'm entrusting, so I can't decide just by hearing good comments, so I'm still thinking about it. Maybe it was only that day, but not showing before-and-after photos was disappointing in many ways.
