The counseling manager was also clear and good, and the doctor explained things carefully and clearly, which I liked. Above all, I liked the overall image of trust and the affordable price. I remember the counseling manager being very professional. They wrote the price and estimate on something like a letter envelope and gave it to me, which I really liked.
