When I went for a consultation, the waiting time was much longer than I expected. I guess they were that busy, but even though I had an appointment to see the director after meeting the manager, I still waited a little over an hour. Still, the director did a really good job shaping the line, and the staff were kind. Everything was fine except the waiting time.
