The waiting time was 2 hours. I originally had an afternoon appointment, but it was changed to the morning because of the doctor's circumstances, so I had expected it and was not particularly bothered! Instead, the consultation manager kept talking to me 2 or 3 more times during the extra time and explained things to me. He kept coming over and apologizing... They were so busy that the staff looked tired and were running around I was also worried that after the surgery they would be too busy to manage me properly. The doctor is very confident and points out exactly what is possible and what is not. But because of a review I saw on one blog, I am hesitant to decide on surgery
