The wait here was so long that I almost got up in the middle;; in the end I had to cancel my later consultation slot T_T The consultation with the director finally happened after a lot of effort, and he was kind and the consultation was fine, but it was obvious how busy he was. I tried to think of it as a sign that they have many patients, but I was a little worried that being this busy might be too much. Still, I appreciated that the staff paid attention to me while I was waiting.
