I went with my parents, and the manager took good care of us and was kind, so I was really grateful. The waiting time was ridiculously long and exhausting. And I get that the counter staff were busy, but they worked a little inflexibly, which did not leave me in a good mood. The director explained my eyes in a way that was easy to understand and only recommended the surgery that was truly necessary, so I trusted him even more. He is Dr. Kim Hyung-seok.
