This was the place where I had my first double eyelid surgery, and it turned out fairly well. I made it too low, so it became a hidden double eyelid, but the surgery itself was fine. Rather than recommending all sorts of things, it feels like they only recommend what is necessary. The director also explained things well on KakaoTalk when I asked about things I did not understand.
