The doctor is overflowing with an inexplicable confidence. Using casual speech throughout the consultation showed a lack of basic manners. This was my first time having a consultation like this, so I searched to see what was going on, and it turned out everyone felt the same way as me. I haven't had surgery, so I don't know, but I think it's blind confidence.
