The doctor was cheerful and fun. He explained things by drawing them himself, and the consultation content was similar to other hospitals, but it felt like he really reflected the patient's opinion well. The consultation manager was amazing. Soft, kind, and explained things well, and there was not even a little pressure to book. He also just handed me the consultation details on paper and told me to go think it over and contact them later. I really almost booked because of the consultation manager.
