I had heard the doctor was kind, so I could understand that part, but the manager also seemed busy and it was obvious this was an assembly-line style place. They did exactly what I wanted and did not force any extra procedures, and the line was shaped nicely. A place that only does exactly what is set, like a robot. The review and aftercare consultation script also felt predetermined.
