I had booked a consultation, but I ended up waiting more than an hour longer because of the director's surgery schedule. When your name is called, it goes photo shoot, then waiting room -> manager consultation, then waiting room again -> director consultation -> manager consultation. Maybe because it's a large hospital, the atmosphere was very... chaotic. As I had seen in several reviews, the director gives off a somewhat scary feeling. He adjusted the line several times, but I kept blinking, so I got scolded. There was no suggestion of any other surgery; after explaining the possible methods, they told me to choose the revision method I wanted from among them. They called the manager over and quickly left. Just felt like an ordinary large hospital
