The waiting room was so crowded it felt like a packed market. For some reason I expected the wait to be long, but I was able to consult sooner than I thought, and it was unusual that the counselor was a man. The consultation with the doctor was satisfying, and I liked the line too. He checked the line several times, and when I hesitated, he explained that I should decide on the surgery method before the line. During the post-doctor consultation with the counselor, they hurried through the cost talk, and maybe because they were busy, they wrapped up quickly, so I couldn't ask the other things I was curious about. Overall, I didn't get the sense that the staff were kind, probably because they seemed tired and worn out. The doctor's consultation was satisfying.
