++Add-on After the consultation, I looked at more reviews and there were posts saying it felt factory-like. So I looked more into factory-style plastic surgery clinics, and what bothered me a bit was that it seemed hard to meet the director after surgery. This place also said there would be no post-op appointment with the director, so I’m thinking it over again.. Original post: I went to consult with Director Kim Hyung-seok about double eyelids. First they took several photos and then I consulted with the manager. I said I wanted a non-incisional method, and when I asked about eye correction, they said non-incisional eye correction has limited effect and is not recommended. I had already been thinking of not doing eye correction, so I liked that point. The manager was kind. The doctor was the brightest and kindest doctor I have met. I worried he might come over after surgery feeling a bit tired, but he did not show any sign of that. He set the line more than 16 times, twice on each eye, from step 1 to 4. He said steps 1 and 2 could be done non-incisionally, while steps 3 and 4 would need incisions. He asked which one I liked, and I said I liked 2 and 3. Then he said he recommended steps 1 and 2, and explained again why step 3 would be strange. Hearing that, it made sense, so I decided to go with step 2. For epicanthoplasty, he said it was okay if I wanted the line visible at the inner corner, but I did not want that, so I decided not to do it. The price was 1,320,000 at list price, 1,210,000 if I shared partial photos, and 1,090,000 if I left a review and paid a deposit. Since I wanted to talk to my mother because of the deposit, the manager kindly stepped away so we could discuss it comfortably. The deposit is not fully refundable, but I thought of it as a consultation fee and left the reservation deposit.
