Even though I had made a reservation, I still waited more than an hour. Even so, the doctor was kind and professional, so somehow I felt I could trust him. He drew several lines for me and I was satisfied with all of them. However, because the wait was so long, I felt it might be hard to see the doctor again for aftercare after surgery.
