I had some free time, so I made a same-day appointment and went in for a consultation. Even though it was a weekday evening, there were quite a few people. It went consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager. The manager was fine~ The doctor looked very tired when he came into the consultation room, but when he was setting the line, he was thorough. I was about to book surgery, but they told me to make a same-day reservation, so hmm.. I just didn't do it.
