About 5 years ago, I had cheekbone surgery. The side cheekbones were shaved down well, but the front cheekbones and the 45-degree area did not reduce as much as I expected. I guess my cheekbones were just that big. Even now, 5 years later, I’ve been living without any issues. I went once for aftercare and then got lazy and stopped going, so I’m not sure about that.
