Maybe because it was the winter peak season, there were really a lot of people waiting for consultations.. So I think I waited about 30 to 40 minutes before going in, and the consultation was only with the manager. The managers are fairly kind, but I am not sure about their expertise. Also, my friend had double eyelid surgery here and it turned out naturally and well.
