I went on the weekend, and there were so many people that the wait was really long... At that point I first thought, 'With this many people, can they really take proper care of me too?' I had a consultation with a rather young-sounding director, and they just stated the basics bluntly and told me to ask directly if I had more questions. So I asked, and they said things like, 'In a case like this... it would probably be...?' lol It felt very uncertain and not professional at all. Maybe they were being lazy, but it was really bad.
