I had a partial incision and eye correction about 3 years ago. During the pre-surgery consultation, the counseling director was so kind that I really thought she was just a very good staff member. But when a problem came up after surgery and I contacted them, she completely changed and had the attitude of "the surgery is over, so it's not my problem anymore," which really shocked me. Even though the surgery turned out well, as a patient who experienced surgery at this hospital myself, seeing the director so busy and completely uninterested in how things were after surgery made me decide I would never recommend this hospital to acquaintances.
