I do not know what they mean by expectations. They promoted natural adhesion the most back then, and my younger sibling and I both had it done. My younger sibling came out naturally and beautifully. I wanted something flashy and large from the start, and I even drew the line myself. Maybe because of that, the swelling really lasted more than a year. The unevenness was so bad that when I went back, they said one side was uneven because of the Mongolian fold on that side (they had not explained this before surgery)... I just lived with it while being sort of satisfied, but now, five years later, it has loosened and I am looking into revision surgery. My younger sibling and I both are.
