The total waiting time, including the consultation, was about 1 hour and 30 to 40 minutes (including an extra 40-minute wait). I liked that the director shaped the line naturally. During the manager consultation, it was not a forced reservation, but there was a recommendation. In the end it was the usual line, though (they said that because many surgeries were already booked for the next few months, if I wanted my preferred date I would need to reserve in advance).
