I had quick zygoma surgery 6 years ago. My outer cheekbone wasn't especially prominent to begin with, so I had it done as a kind of line refinement! I had fixation back then, and even now I don't have cheek sagging and it's holding up well~ It's one of the surgeries I've had that I honestly think was really well done, so I'm satisfied.
