The manager in charge was extremely kind. The front desk staff were just average and a bit brusque. The director was not the warm, gentle type, He spoke very plainly and said how much would go into which procedure. He explained things in quite a bit of detail while drawing a breast diagram. While talking about the event, there was pressure to book on the same day.
