Among the clinics I went to for consultations, this one looked the busiest, and the consultation manager pressured me to leave a deposit, so if I had gone alone I might not have been able to refuse. The line they drew for me was nice, and the price was not bad. I also saw foreign patients occasionally, and it is a hospital with a huge number of people.
