They were kind. I think I came in for a consultation right after surgery, but the wait was not that long, and when I showed them a nose photo I did not want, they even drew on it and wrote notes down. I was 88% ready to do it. The manager was also very kind. But I forgot to ask something, so I guess I should go again or contact them... I am not fully convinced.
