It was so long ago that I honestly do not remember very well, but I had surgery here first and then had a revision. The outer corner surgery had almost no effect, the double-eyelid line was a little uneven, and it got too thin, so I had it redone. Also, when I slept and woke up, it would loosen a bit, so I decided on a revision at another place because of the hassle of having to tighten it again. It was not a major complication, but overall the eye shape was okay.
