The staff seemed a bit bothered.. The doctor also looked tired, maybe because he had a lot of work, and it didn't feel like a very warm or friendly hospital. Still, it didn't seem like they lacked expertise or anything like that, and the eye surgery recommendation made sense. I need to think a little more about whether I'll have it done.
