I go to this dermatology clinic regularly, and the cost is overall on the high side compared with other dermatology clinics. However, because it is a private room, I can just lie still without moving and they take care of everything by coming and going as needed. The doctors are also quite thorough.. But I have been using points, and the fact that my designated doctor was changed in the middle is pretty bad, and even though I had already booked the procedure, changing the doctor on the day itself is.. really not good. Because the hospital's response in this matter was so bad, I do not even want to give a score, but I will give 1 point.
