The director is somewhat blunt, but they do have this way of tossing out little comments while still taking care of you.. They paid a lot of attention to the pain, and the procedure worked well. I did have a little bit of a hollowed-cheek look, but not enough to be annoying. However, the manager.... was extremely pushy. Even though I kept saying I would not do it, they kept telling me to do it and saying things like I would get better results if I did this too, so it felt a bit pressuring. And it is a bit expensive... lol other than that, it was nice to be able to have the procedure in a private space haha
