The consultation with the director was professional, and he explained things very clearly. The consultation coordinator seemed to be a foreigner, but was extremely kind. She was the kindest coordinator I have ever met. Although I eventually had my surgery at another hospital because it had a smaller scar area, this was a hospital I kept thinking about until the end.
