The consultation manager was really kind, and even just by getting a consultation I could meet the doctor, which was nice. They showed me various before-and-after photos of different cases and took the time to answer every question one by one, which I appreciated. Even though I made a tentative reservation and delayed it, they did not put any pressure on me at all.
