The consultation manager was so kind that I felt like she was the cornerstone of the hospital. On the other hand, the doctor felt very selective with patients and rather unfriendly. I usually don't care much about service as long as the treatment/procedure is done well, but for the first time after meeting the doctor, I thought I didn't want to come here. The consultation manager is extremely kind.
