InMode is good. Even though I live in the countryside, I still got InMode here for 6 months. Once, I had it done by the male doctor, and he was really careless, but the female doctor did it well. As I kept going, my double chin improved, but the jowls barely changed, so I decided to just get liposuction T_T I have only tried InMode, so I do not know about other procedures, but InMode itself is decent. The downside is that there are too many people and it is very hard to book. You need to reserve about a month in advance..
