Actually I visited because of forehead lift surgery, but after taking photos they said my eyes wouldn't close, so they clearly told me they couldn't recommend a lift, which I appreciated. They emphasized that the face would likely respond well, but there could be side effects, and the director was kind too. They also kept taking photos with a phone camera to show me what it would be like after surgery, which I liked. But because of the side effects, I was just advised to do something else for the eyes and nose and left.
