I went for a consultation a few years ago I was made to wait 40 minutes because I was 10 minutes late When I went to the front desk to say something, they didn't even acknowledge me They run the place arrogantly The doctor is kind, but the staff are ruining the doctor's reputation I never wanted to go back I took the first train from Busan at dawn, and because I was 10 minutes late... they treated me like I had only come from a 10-minute distance
