First I had a consultation with the manager, then the procedure with the doctor. The manager explained things kindly and well, but there was no consultation with the doctor, so I took off one star. Still, the doctor was kind and did the procedure well, and I chose the contour injection without steroids. The effect is pretty good. I also had jaw Botox with it, and my jawline feels sharper. But I had Shurink done here several times before, and I honestly don't know whether it worked or not. It didn't really feel lifted, and it didn't seem like the line was refined either, it just felt the same haha;;;; The facility was comfortable, but there were quite a lot of people. The staff at the counter are kind!
