I had a 3 o'clock appointment, but I waited for more than 30 minutes. There were an enormous number of people, and the doctors were kind, but it somehow felt like a factory. Since it was Botox, I was not expecting amazing results... The good thing is that the coordinators do not push excessive procedures.
