I had liposuction focused on the back view and got buttock fat grafting. At first my butt really looked pretty, but not much of the graft took. I think they did the grafting well. I was worried because the under-butt was sagging, but it didn't improve, and the line from the thigh to the butt didn't come out nicely. From the front, my thighs got thinner so my legs look longer, but because of the under-butt I have no confidence in the back view of jeans, and now I'm going in to manage the under-butt. The back waistline was shaped well, and I like the armpit breast area liposuction the most. The arms and bra line don't show at all. Getting dressed is stressful. The price was matched well, and the director and manager were kind, but the places that just touch you as a service don't have much effect. After the liposuction, the inner thighs became too floppy, so I had Bellodi surgery at another hospital including the under-butt. I think this is an unavoidable side effect of liposuction. After the liposuction, I spent over 2 million won on revisions. It's good for removing large volumes, but I think it's a bit lacking in delicate suction. I wish I had gone with a Bellodi and Vaser liposuction set, even if it cost more, to really prevent sagging.
