I had thigh surgery here and got a revision; I also had fat grafting to the buttocks at the same time. Maybe they were too lazy to flip me over... It looks like they took a lot from the back. They barely took anything from the front and inner side, and only hollowed out the back, so my butt ended up noticeably uneven. It was five years ago, but the scars are still visible... They also pressured me hard for a deposit.
