I feel like I’m too easy to be fooled by people... but the consultation manager was really, really, really kind and explained things well. I asked about two surgeries and she explained both well, including how they would be performed. There was a review saying you choose the doctor yourself, and I was like, huh? but they just brought me along at the right time and I got to see the doctor too. And maybe because I kept saying I was scared, they emphasized over and over that they would do it safely. Safety first. The facilities don’t seem that great though.
