Above all, the doctor is kind. But the consultation was a bit exhausting, so there was no denying that I felt like they just skimmed over it. lol The staff even evaluate who is kinder and compare kindness levels, and I was so scared because it hurt that I was really nervous. Still, the doctor makes you feel comfortable so you do not get tense.
