I went a long time ago for Botox, but the clinic was very small and the staff member at the desk spoke in a sharp, rude way and was extremely unfriendly. There wasn't enough waiting space either. And they didn't even explain where or how much Botox would be injected; they just told me to lie down in the chair and went ahead with the procedure. They also never checked whether the Botox was genuine or the correct amount.
